Can Koi ship my display to my customers directly?
Yes, we offer U.S. drop shipment for a handling fee of $5.00 per box.
Can I add sign holders for flyers on my display?
Yes, we can add sign holders for your display. Please contact us for pricing.
KOI Plastic Fabrication, Inc. accepts most credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express as well as PayPal. Please make arrangements with our office if you would like to pre-pay with a company check or money order. Orders paid by check or money order will not ship until the funds have cleared. Custom orders or imprints will not begin until funds have cleared.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all shipment are F.O.B. Shipping Point. KOI Plastic Fabrication, Inc. will determine the point of origin of shipment, the method of transportation, and the routing of shipment. All freight charges are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Purchasers requesting shipment by a method other than that of KOI Plastic Fabrication, Inc. selection will be billed for any additional charges incurred. KOI Plastic Fabrication, Inc., when possible, will attempt to make shipments by the routing requested by the purchaser, but makes no guarantee.
Our minimum order is $50.00.
All items are warehoused at our plant in Tucker, Georgia. We ship orders within 24 to 48 hours for items without imprint. Custom orders or imprints usually ship within 5 to 7 working days or sooner.
Occasionally a shipment will arrive damaged. If you receive a package that has a damaged carton, refuse the shipment. If you accept the damaged box, note the damage on the freight bill and contact the shipping company immediately for inspection. Then can you file a claim. If you unpack the carton, be sure to save the boxes and packing material. Damage claims must be filed within 7 working days of receipt. KOI Plastic Fabrication is not responsible for shipping damage.
Any return must be approved by a RMA number within 10 days of receipt of the product and must be returned with the RMA number issue by KOI Plastic Fabrication, Inc. Include the return form with your shipment. To receive a RMA, call (470) 268-3539 or (404) 644-4299. There is a 25% restocking fee for returns. Customers are responsible for all initial and return shipping. Custom orders and items imprinted are final.
Customers needing to cancel an order can contact KOI Plastic directly. Orders already shipped cannot be canceled. Any returns must be first approved by KOI Plastic and must customer must receive a RMA number prior to returning products. If the order has begun production, cancellations will incur the cost of manufacturing their order up to the date of cancellation.
Can I add a header holder to my display?
Yes, we can add a header holder for $1.00+/each.
