KOI Plastic Fabrication Inc. Terms of Service
All orders accepted by KOI Plastic Fabrication, Inc., and all sales transactions are expressly subject to the following terms and conditions of sale. If you are a purchaser of products, please review and print out a copy of this document for your records.
Seller reserves the right to accept or reject any order. Possession of a price list by Customer does not constitute an offer to sell.
Seller will send invoice to Buyer for the purchase price at the time of shipment. The purchase price will be due and payable as stated and agreed upon in the acceptance of the purchase order.
Product prices stated in the Order Form are firm. Buyer shall make no deductions or offset from payments due hereunder. List prices are subject to change without notice.
General Sale Information:
Seller welcomes orders by phone, email, and Internet order. The minimum order is $100 for in stock materials.
Seller reserves the right to ship orders in the most economical manner. However, when Buyer requests special packaging or handling, any additional cost will be billed to the Buyer.
Delivery dates indicated in the invoice documents. Seller will make reasonable efforts to meet estimated delivery dates. However, there is no liability for additional cost or damages resulting from late deliveries.
Damage or Loss Claims:
Common carrier or motor freight shipments must be inspected for damage or loss upon receipt by consignee prior to acceptance from carrier. Any damage or loss claims must be made to the carrier. Seller will not be liable in any manner for damage or loss caused to a shipment by a common carrier.
Buyer agrees to pay any and all applicable federal, state and local taxes (domestic and foreign) to which the Goods may be subject.
Buyer may not cancel an order accepted by the Seller or return non-defective Goods without the Seller’s written consent, which may be denied at the Seller’s sole discretion.
Returns are accepted within 30 days in orginal packages. A Return Authorization Number must be obtained prior to any return shipments. Specially ordered materials and fabricated parts may not be returnable. All returns may be subject to a 20% restocking charge.
Seller’s products are carefully inspected for manufacturing defects.
